Letter of Invitation
You must first register to attend MINEXCHANGE before a letter of invitation request can be issued to support your visa application.
SME will send a letter of invitation to paid registrants with an international address by request. If your visa is not approved with appropriate documentation, your paid registration fees will be refunded.
Questions regarding Letters of Invitation, including the status of your letter, should be directed to meetings@smenet.org.
NOTE: SME’s travel policy only allows for travel up to three days before, and three days after each conference.
